99 cents domestic shipping on all orders total over $50! $5 shipping on orders total below $50. The shipping method used for basic 99 cent shipping is determined by LightJunction, it can be either US Postal Service Parcel Post or UPS Ground. Our default shipping is US Postal Service Parcel Post which generally takes 2~5 days in delivery. All domestic shipments have delivery confirmation (tracking number).
We offer USPS and UPS same day and next day delivery as faster delivery alternative. The price for these services will be quoted at order time.
We highly recommend shipping insurance for high-value orders. Shipping insurance is available at low cost during checkout.
We ship to following countries: United States, Canada, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Great Britain, Finland, France, Germany, Greenland, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Norway, Holland/Netherlands, Denmark, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and New Zealand.
Inportant!!! For international shipping, we highly recommend shipping insurance to protect against damage or loss during shipping. USPS Priority Mail International or Express Mail International (EMS) have tracking number and are faster. If you choose USPS International First Class Mail (shown as Zone Rates), there is no tracking, and we will have proof of shipment.
International shipping takes 6-14 days for delivery, depending on the shipping method chosen.
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. Some international orders may take up to 2 days to verify payment. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekend days, holidays and after 12 noon EST will be processed the next business day.
LightJunction will make every effort to deliver your order as fast as possible. However, there may be certain conditions that may delay your delivery. Please keep in mind the following:
Delivery may be delayed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of LightJunction. This includes but not limited to weather conditions and/or interruptions of services provided by our shipping carriers.
For Next Day or 2nd Day shipping methods, your signature may be required upon delivery. Please ensure that someone will be available for signature request upon delivery or the package may be returned to us.
As soon as your order is billed and shipped, we will send an email confirmation with shipment and tracking (if available) details.
Find the USPS, UPS tracking number on your shipping confirmation email and enter that number at either www.usps.com or www.ups.com to check status of the shipment.
Please note that it can take up to 24 hours before tracking information is updated on the shipping carrier's website (your order can be shipped either via USPS or UPS). For orders shipped via USPS please remember that USPS only provides a Delivery Confirmation number which is typically only updated after the delivery has been attempted or completed.
P.O. Box and FPO / APO Address
If your Shipping address is a P.O. Box, we cannot deliver via UPS, and your order will be shipped via US Postal Service by the shipping method you choose. Some orders may be subject to verification of billing/shipping information, and may be delayed because of this.
We deliver to APO/FPO addresses using the United States Postal Service (USPS). To ship to these addresses, the only delivery method is GROUND service.
Import Duty & Taxes
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
Order Cancelation & Returns
Your satisfaction is always our top priority! If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt, for a refund, or a replacement - subject to the following:
1. If you wish to cancel your order:
1.1 you can notify us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org before we have dispatched the goods to you;
1.2 where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 3 below.
2. If the item was defective or you received wrong item, please contact us first by sending a Return Authorization. Your returned item must be in its original (new) condition.
3. You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, less actual shipping expenses. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. You will need to get a Return Authorization first. Your returned item must be in its original (new) condition.
4. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a refund or an exchange credit as required.
5. The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 3 will not apply in the following circumstances:
5.1 in the event that the product has been used.
5.2 to any products that we have made or customised specifically for you.
